The Promise of Judaism: A Dialogue

Please join us the evening of Columbus Day, Monday, October 12, at the Abode of the Message in New Lebanon, New York, as we explore the question:

What wisdom message does Judaism have to offer to the larger world community?

We will pose this question to Jewish leaders as well as audience members of many faiths as we continue to explore how the Abrahamic traditions—Judaism, Christianity and Islam—nurture a peaceful global society.

Dialogue participants include Rabbi Arthur Waskow, Rabbi Phyllis Berman, Maggid Yitzhak Buxbaum, Rabi Rami Shapiro, and Pir Zia Inayat-Khan. Rabia Povich will moderate.

If you would like to be with us for this special event it is highly recommended that you reserve your space in advance. Registration is $20 for the general public and $10 for students under age 25. Limited scholarships are also available.
